Intuition for Wellness: Antidote to Fears

Have you experienced the panic attack of extreme fears? Perhaps you’re in the middle of it. A loved one diagnosed of terrible illness. Lost your biggest account or client to the economic condition of the day. Discovery of being betrayed by your trusted business partner.

As much as it’s unthinkable right at the moment of panics, know that you are stronger than this. And, you could rely on your intuition, along with your logical thinking to get out of the dismal feeling.

First of all, remember breathing, deeply. Mindful breathing helps you center your energy. Secondly, tune into the next immediate “impression” – color, image, sound, music, lyrics, memory….What is it? And, how does it make you feel? What does this “impression” have to do with your current crisis and overwhelmed fears?

Are you getting hints from tuning inward to your inner wisdom? Write down your impression and experience, as if you’re recording dreams in your dream journal. Retrieve this intuition recording in a day or two, to compare notes to see how things have evolved and how your intuitive impression today indicate what happens next.
